Mary Morehouse is a cancer survivor and licensed psychotherapist who specializes in helping people with practical, compassionate mental health tools. With years of experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, and major life transitions — including cancer — she’s known for simplifying emotional wellness into doable, empowering steps.
Mary is the featured mental health host for PBS North’s Doctors on Call and a recurring guest expert on WDIO’s The Lift, where she offers real-talk strategies to help people feel more grounded and less overwhelmed. She is also an adjunct professor at The College of St. Scholastica, sharing her passion with future mental health professionals.
Whether she’s working with clients, speaking on TV, giving seminars or teaching in the classroom, her mission is the same: to help cancer patients and their families navigate their mental health during their cancer journey.
